Our head office is located in Auckland where our sales, marketing and brand management operations are based along with administration and finance departments.
We also have offices in Wellington and Christchurch where our regional teams service the lower North Island and South Island areas. James Crisp sales representatives and merchandisers are the best in the trade.
Our sales operation maintains compre hensive field coverage ensuring a high level of representation across the national grocery and foodservice industries.
Sales teams are given a high level of autonomy enabling them to fully utilise strong trade relationships. Merchandisers are fully trained to be effective brand ambassadors focused on functions that drive brand sales.

Our employees
- are considered the best in the trade and are rewarded accordingly
- are our eyes and ears in the marketplace, gathering information on competitor activity, price levels and promotional compliance, which is used for Head Office negotiation and reports to principals
Our Retail Sales Force
- call on all stores on either a twice weekly, weekly or fortnightly basis, according to store turnover
- merchandise product prior to their appointment with the grocery buyer
- are trained in category management principles and planogram development
- have the authority to negotiate in-store promotions which often cost less per case than promotions negotiated through Head Office
- are offered incentives for successful completion of the distribution goals set on a store by store basis
Our Merchandisers
- are scheduled to arrive in store shortly after goods are delivered the following day
- are fully trained to focus on gaining additional shelf space rather than just filling shelves
